Shane S. Smith, born in Tampa, Florida, November 14, 1978, admitted to the Florida Bar, May 2008; United States District Court, Middle District of Florida

Member: The Florida Bar (Member, Young Lawyers Section); Sarasota County Bar Association (Young Lawyers Division); Junior League of Sarasota; Greater Sarasota  Chamber of Commerce (Young Professionals Group); Notre Dame Alumni Club of Greater Sarasota.

While attending law school, Ms. Smith served as a legal intern for the Sixty Plus, Inc. Elderlaw Clinic.  After receiving her J.D. from Thomas M. Cooley Law School, Ms. Smith accepted a position with a local Sarasota law firm, practicing in the areas of construction litigation and commercial litigation.  In her free time, Ms. Smith enjoys spending time with her family, playing golf and going to the beach.
